Terms & Conditions
The plain-language version of how renting with Capital Exotic works. The full rental agreement is signed before every booking — these are the terms you should know up front.
01 Who can rent
- Renters must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Drivers under 25 may rent vehicles with a daily rate under $900 — or book any vehicle in the fleet chauffeured.
- Insurance is required for self-drive rentals: we can provide coverage, or we verify your own full-coverage policy directly with your provider before you drive.
02 Deposits & payment
- Every rental carries a refundable security deposit, from $250 to $1,500 depending on the vehicle. We confirm the exact hold before you book.
- We accept card, cash, wire, Zelle and Venmo, plus Affirm and Klarna financing. We do not accept cryptocurrency.
- Quotes are confirmed by call or text — nothing is final until you approve the quote and sign the rental agreement.
03 Mileage
- 100 miles per day are included with every rental.
- Extra miles can be pre-purchased up front for less than the overage rate — the rate varies by vehicle, so ask when you book.
04 Your vehicle, guaranteed
- The exact vehicle you book is the vehicle we prepare for you.
- In the rare case a vehicle becomes unavailable, our written backup policy applies: a free upgrade to a comparable or better vehicle, or a full refund — your choice. See the Wedding & Event Guarantee for the full policy.
05 The rental agreement
- The complete rental agreement — including condition report, fuel policy and any vehicle-specific terms — is provided and signed before every booking.
