The car you book is the car we deliver

Your booking names the exact vehicle — make, model and color. No substitutions, no “similar car” surprises on the day.

Backup-vehicle policy, in writing

If your confirmed car ever becomes unavailable, you choose: a free upgrade to a higher-tier car, or a full refund. Your call, not ours.

Transparent deposits

Every car carries a refundable security deposit between $250 and $1,500, confirmed in writing before you book — it comes back after the car is returned and checked.

Fees live in the agreement, not after it

Rates, mileage (100 miles per day included, extra pre-purchasable), and any fees are in your rental agreement before you sign. Nothing gets invented afterward.

What happens if the car I booked becomes unavailable?

You choose between a free upgrade to a higher-tier vehicle or a full refund. That backup-vehicle policy is part of every wedding and event booking.

Will I get the exact car I reserved?

Yes — your booking names the exact vehicle by make, model and color, and that is the car we deliver.

How does the security deposit work?

Deposits are refundable and depend on the car — from $250 up to $1,500. We confirm the exact hold before you book, and it is returned after the car is returned and checked.

Can you deliver to my venue?

Yes — we deliver to homes, hotels and venues within 50 miles of our Chantilly showroom, which is 5 minutes from Dulles International Airport.
