How do I reserve a car, and when do I pay?
A refundable deposit reserves your car. The rest of the rental is paid on the day of the rental. We accept card, cash, wire, Zelle and Venmo, and you can finance with Affirm or Klarna.
How much is the deposit?
Self-drive rentals: $250 to $1,500 depending on the car — your exact deposit is confirmed in your quote before you book. Experiences (weddings, proms, tours and more): a $250 reservation deposit. Chauffeur service, including the chauffeured Rolls-Royce Cullinan offer: no security deposit.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 14 or more days before your rental starts and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancel within 14 days and $250 of the deposit is non-refundable; the rest is refunded.
When do I get my deposit back?
Within 24 hours after the car is returned and inspected, with no transfer fee. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
What happens if the car is damaged?
Repairs that cost less than your insurance deductible come out of your security deposit. Damage above your deductible is handled through your insurance.
Do I need insurance, and how is it verified?
Yes. Your own full-coverage policy is the cheapest way, and we make it easy: we call your insurance company for you, verify your coverage and limits, and sort out any temporary limit increase (usually $2–$10 a day, often free from your insurer). No full-coverage policy? We can arrange supplemental coverage for the rental period. Everything is confirmed before you pay anything.
