address and/or phone number you used with us, and the specific request you are
making. We may request additional information to verify your identity before
processing your request.
Response timelines (Delaware and Virginia):
We will respond without undue delay and generally within 45 days of receiving a
verifiable request. If reasonably necessary due to complexity or volume, we may
extend the response period once by an additional 45 days.
Appeals (Delaware and Virginia):
If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing
privacy@capitalexotic.com
with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within 60 days.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided
personal information to us, please contact us to request deletion.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to
protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely
