customer communications (including SMS delivery), customer management, scheduling,
website hosting, security, analytics, and payment processing.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to provide quotes, bookings, and services; respond to
inquiries; send confirmations, reminders, and service updates; provide customer
support; maintain business records; improve the Site and Services through analytics
and quality assurance; protect against fraud and security incidents; and comply
with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
3. Text Messaging and Marketing Communications
If you provide your phone number, we may contact you by text message (SMS, MMS or RCS) for
transactional purposes, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and service
updates. We may also send marketing texts and promotions where permitted by law and
consistent with your choices.
You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP .
For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information in
Section 12. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Your consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
5. Sensitive Data
We do not intentionally collect sensitive data unless it is necessary for a
specific purpose. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before
processing sensitive data.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the
Services, maintain business and tax records, comply with legal obligations, resolve
disputes, and enforce agreements.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences,
understand usage, improve performance, and measure the effectiveness of
communications and campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser

Because we do not sell personal information, we do not offer an opt out of sale for
monetary consideration. If we engage in targeted advertising now or in the future,
we will provide a clear and accessible method to opt out as required by applicable
law.
How to exercise your rights:

with the subject line “Privacy Request” and include your full name, the email
address and/or phone number you used with us, and the specific request you are
making. We may request additional information to verify your identity before
processing your request.
Response timelines (Delaware and Virginia):
We will respond without undue delay and generally within 45 days of receiving a
verifiable request. If reasonably necessary due to complexity or volume, we may
extend the response period once by an additional 45 days.
Appeals (Delaware and Virginia):
If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing
privacy@capitalexotic.com
with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within 60 days.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided
personal information to us, please contact us to request deletion.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to
protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely
secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not
responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and you should review
their privacy policies directly.
