What does Capital Exotic handle?

We coordinate the transportation, route, schedule and requested reservations, then provide one written plan and transportation quote.

Which experiences can we choose?

Start with wine country, a craft-beverage route, Middleburg, MGM, a game, a concert or a custom client and team experience.

Are meals, tickets and tastings included?

Only when they are specifically listed in the quote. Third-party meals, drinks, tickets, tastings, admission and venue deposits are otherwise separate.

Can guests be picked up individually?

Yes. Individual pickup routing can be added after addresses and timing are reviewed. It may require additional service time or vehicles.

Which vehicles are available?

Choose an Escalade, luxury Sprinter, Maybach or Rolls-Royce. Multi-vehicle plans are available for larger groups or different guest tiers.

Will the company receive one invoice?

Capital Exotic transportation and selected Capital Exotic add-ons are consolidated. Third-party venues may still collect their own payments or deposits.
