What is included in the roadshow quote?
Your quote identifies the vehicle, dedicated chauffeur, reserved service block, approved itinerary, timing buffers and complete transportation total.
Can the itinerary include multiple meetings?
Yes. The service is designed for multiple offices, hotels and client stops within the confirmed four-hour, eight-hour or multi-day schedule.
Does the chauffeur remain assigned to us?
Yes. The selected chauffeur and vehicle stay assigned to the roadshow during the reserved service window.
Can we use several vehicles?
Yes. Add executive vehicles or build a multi-vehicle team when attendees need separate routes or service levels.
Can the schedule change during the day?
Reasonable adjustments can be made within the reserved hours. Material route or timing changes may affect the final total and are confirmed with the corporate contact.
How is the reservation held?
A refundable $250 reservation deposit holds the confirmed transportation date after the corporate quote is approved.

Aaron was my daughter’s chauffeur. He was polite respectful and full of good aura for my daughter prom send off. From the booking, the pick up, the pictures, to the drop off we couldn’t have had a better company than capital exotic to rent a luxury vehicle. This place is amazing. I recently bought their track package and did 10 laps with the Lamborghini and had the time of my life. I also got free photos and videos all edited by their team. I will definitely be doing this experience again!
