What can the conference program cover?

Choose airport arrivals, hotel and venue loops, VIP vehicles, evening-event transportation, departures or a coordinated multi-day program.

How many passengers can you move?

Each Sprinter seats up to 15 passengers with limited luggage, and up to four Sprinters can be coordinated. Executive vehicles can be assigned separately.

Can routes run continuously?

Yes. Hotel-to-venue loops and timed departure waves can be built around registration, sessions and event schedules.

Is an on-site coordinator included?

The transportation plan includes one corporate point of contact. A dedicated on-site coordinator can be added for $150 per hour when live guest and vehicle management is needed.

Can vehicles display our branding?

Yes. Custom signage can be quoted after the artwork, vehicle count and installation requirements are confirmed.

How is final pricing calculated?

The quote is based on vehicle count, service hours, routes, dates and coordination needs. The complete schedule and total are approved before the refundable $250 reservation deposit.
