Why is this package a custom quote?

The four base options use different vehicles, service windows and requirements. Your quote identifies the selected base, exact duration, included vehicle and complete total before you pay.

What is included in every birthday build?

Every build includes the selected base experience, date and vehicle confirmation, one coordinated schedule and a written list of inclusions. Optional styling and media services are added only when selected.

Can guests drive the vehicle?

Only the self-drive rental option permits an approved renter to drive. Chauffeur, Sprinter, warehouse and display vehicles are operated or positioned by Capital Exotic staff.

What is required for the self-drive option?

Rental eligibility, insurance verification, mileage, the vehicle-specific refundable deposit and the final rental rate are confirmed before booking.

Can you transport a group?

Yes. Choose the private Sprinter base for up to 15 guests, or request additional vehicles when more capacity is needed.

How do we hold the date?

A refundable $250 reservation deposit holds the experience date after the exact package quote is approved. Self-drive rentals may also require a separate vehicle-specific refundable deposit.
