Short Description:

In your role as the UX/Designer and Developer at Capital Exotic, a Luxury Lifestyle Brand, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop user-centric interfaces and experiences. This content will be integrated across our website and various digital platforms. You will transform user requirements into visually appealing and intuitive designs that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Designing and developing user-centric interfaces for various platforms, including the company website and digital channels.

Collaborating with the marketing team to understand the brand’s vision, objectives, and target audience.

Transforming user requirements and feedback into intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Selecting and incorporating suitable color schemes, typography, graphics, and interactive elements to enhance the user experience.

Ensuring that the designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual and interactive style.

Managing and organizing design assets, maintaining an organized library for easy access and retrieval.

Staying updated on industry trends and new UX/UI techniques to continuously improve the quality of designs and user experience.

Meeting deadlines and working efficiently to deliver high-quality designs and interfaces within specified time frames.

Communicating and coordinating with other team members, such as developers, graphic designers, and marketing managers, to ensure a smooth design and development process.

Conducting quality checks to ensure that all designs are responsive, error-free, and optimized for different platforms and devices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UX/Designer and Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma.

Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, including user-centric design and visual composition.

Knowledge of web development languages and frameworks, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong attention to detail in both design and development processes.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and understanding project requirements.

A creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative solutions to design challenges.
